Alan Galletto
A native of Rochester, NY, Alan (Al) believes in providing the highest level of customer service to his clients. That means always being accessible, knowledgeable and responsive to his clients’ needs. He will provide you with the highest level of customer service available. Al has honed his approach during his 40+ year career in sales. An Air Force veteran, Al began his career in business after earning his B.S. in Mathematics from SUNY Brockport. He was consistently a top performer at IBM. His career is decorated with awards and recognitions, including membership in over a dozen IBM 100% Clubs, 2 Golden Circles, a Gold Medalist Award, as Director of the 100% Club, as well as IBM National Sales Manager to the Gannett Co. Inc. for 10 years. Al has lived and worked in many places throughout his career – from California to Boston, down to Washington, DC and of course Anna Maria Island. He has developed and sold successful businesses, and served his community in leadership roles, including two terms as the Chamber of Commerce President on Anna Maria Island. When relocating to the Island in 1998, Al decided to apply his expertise to the Real Estate marketplace. As an Island specialist, Al has been in the Top 1% of Real Estate Producers on the Island, every year since 1999. As a top Realtor on Anna Maria Island, Al provides exceptional professionalism and knowledge. Education is a key ingredient to his services. Lynn Lowell
Lynn, the Lead REALTOR® and Team Manager for the Galletto Team, brings an exceptional blend of business acumen, project management, and construction expertise to her clients. Born and raised in Connecticut, Lynn began her career in corporate engineering packaging, working as a draftsperson, project manager, and parts room manager. Shifting her focus to entrepreneurship, she later founded a local home daycare and successfully scaled it into the community’s leading, NAEYC Nationally Accredited nursery school and full daycare center.
After moving to Florida, Lynn acted as the General Contractor for her new property and renovated her 1960s house into a modern Anna Maria Island (AMI) home – complete with a custom 14 x 20 waterside Tiki Hut and pool. This experience helped drive her passion for property development, and she earned her Florida Real Estate license in 2000. Today, Lynn leverages her decades of entrepreneurial and managerial experience to streamline team communication and guide clients through the listing or buying process. When she isn’t managing real estate transactions, Lynn treasures every moment spent with her beloved grandchildren and cheering on her favorite hockey team, the Tampa Bay Lightning—Go Bolts!
Frank Davis
Born in St. John’s Newfoundland, Canada, Frank came to Anna Maria Island by way of Rochester, NY. An Air Force veteran, and Rochester Institute of Technology graduate, he spent the early years of his professional career as a successful executive and entrepreneur in upstate New York. With the sale of another profitable business venture, he and his wife JoAdele, relocated to Florida and opened the Harrington House Bed & Breakfast in Holmes Beach in 1989. Frank continued with his entrepreneurial endeavors when he purchased Island Real Estate.
In 1998 Frank asked Al to come down and “have some fun” selling Real Estate! As the owner and broker of Island Real Estate, Frank has put his decades of business and real estate experience to use creating the most successful agency on the Island. He has been an active member of the local business community and has held multiple leadership positions. He continues to develop projects in the area, including the beautiful Gulf Front property at Vista Grande.
